Who Are We?
At Axios Youth, we are a vibrant community of young believers who have been called to rise to the challenges of our time. The name “Axios,” derived from the Greek word meaning “worthy” or “deserving,” reflects our belief in the inherent worth and potential of every young person. Just as each of us is intrinsically valuable, we recognize the importance of cultivating our abilities and character in alignment with our faith.
(1 John 3:1 & 1 Timothy 4:12)
When Do We Meet?
Sunday Morning Spark:
SPARK, Axios Youth’s Sunday School program, meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM. Designed to ignite curiosity and a deeper connection to Scripture, SPARK encourages students to crack open their Bibles, ask meaningful questions, and engage in lively, discussion-based lessons. With a strong focus on practical application, SPARK equips students to live out their faith in everyday life.
Wednesday Night Youth Group:
Axios Youth’s Wednesday Night Youth Group meets every Wednesday at 6 PM. It’s a dynamic evening packed with fun games, heartfelt worship, and meaningful lessons. The highlight of the night is small group time, where students deepen their relationships with Christ and each other through open, honest conversations about faith and life.
What Are We Learning?
Current Spark Series: Pass the Aux
Ready to level up your faith? It’s time to Pass the Aux and turn up the volume on the Psalms! Join us every Sunday as we dive deep into one of the Bible’s most powerful playlists—one psalm at a time. From heart-wrenching cries to soul-stirring praise, we’ll explore the real-life drama, raw emotion, and timeless truths behind these ancient songs. Ever wondered what David was feeling when he wrote a psalm? Or how these poetic prayers still speak to you today? Let’s break it all down and find out how these verses still rock our world.
Current YG Series: Ducks in a Row
Is your life feeling a little… chaotic? Do you need a little help getting your ducks in a row? Well, it’s time to grab those ducks, line ‘em up, and get your life on track with Axios Youth Group’s new series! We’re diving into the practical side of faith and how we can align our lives with God’s plan. Whether it’s school, friendships, family, or your future, we’re learning how to bring order to the chaos. In this series, we’ll tackle real-life struggles and discover how to set goals, prioritize what matters, and trust God to help us stay on track. It’s time to stop drifting and start living intentionally with purpose!
Events:
At Axios Youth, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with each other and with Christ. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of events where students can fellowship, have fun, and grow together in faith. Whether it's through our weekly gatherings, special events, or hangouts outside of church, there’s always something happening to help you connect with your peers and deepen your relationship with God.
